Arzak Construction is a general contracting company based in London, Ontario, focused on residential renovations and concrete work. We don’t try to do everything ourselves — and that’s the point.

Most residential GCs take the “I do it all” approach, jumping from framing to drywall to flooring to paint. That might work on paper, but the results often fall short. Our approach is different. We believe that every trade should be handled by someone who does that trade for a living — not someone who dabbles in it.

At Arzak, we manage the project, coordinate the schedule, and bring in the right trades for each job. Licensed electricians do the electrical. Professional tilers do the tile. Concrete guys pour the concrete. It’s a simple model, but one that leads to cleaner finishes, fewer mistakes, and better outcomes.

Project management and proper coordination shouldn’t be reserved for high-end custom homes or commercial builds. Homeowners deserve that same structure and quality, whether it’s a kitchen renovation or a new walkway.
